How to make Pav Bhaji?

Take 1 cup chopped cauliflower, 1 cup chopped carrots, three medium sized potatoes and 1/3 cup French beans to make pav bhaji.
You can also give vegetables of your choice, if you want. Add all the above chopped vegetables to a 2 liter pressure cooker.
Also add a cup of green motor. Add a little more water than 2 cups. Then cook in a pressure cooker for 12 minutes.

Once the tomatoes are soft, add half a cup of chopped capsicum. Then leave for 2-3 minutes.
Capsicum does not need to be too soft. It is better to keep a little crutch.
Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder.
Then add 2-3 tablespoons of Pav Bhaji Masala.
Apply it on the bhaji based on how strong the flavor and aroma of the pav bhaji spice is.
If the pav bhaji masala tastes very strong, add 2 tablespoons.
You can add 3-4 tablespoons for lightly scented pav bhaji masala.
Keep stirring them nicely. Add cooked vegetables.
Mix the vegetables well.
Add the amount of water stock in the pressure cooker where you cooked the vegetables.
Give salt like amount. Start massaging all the vegetables with a potato masher.
Choose vegetables according to the amount of bhaji you want to make.
Mash more for a smooth mixture.
You can add some water if the bhaji looks thick. Stir occasionally and let the bhaji cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Once the pav bhaji is dry, add some more water.
Stir constantly so that the pav does not stick to the frying pan.
After a while the fragrance will start coming out from the bhaji.
Then see the taste. Add salt, spices, chilli powder or butter as needed.
How to make pav?
When bhaji is being cooked, you can make pav. This allows you to serve pav with hot bhaji.
Heat in a frying pan. Keep the flame low.
Then add butter. When the butter starts to melt, add some pav bhaji masala.
You can skip the pav bhaji spices if you want.
Mix the pav bhaji spices with the butter in a very nice way.
Then place the bread rolls or pav on top of that frying pan.
Pav keeps turning in the melted butter.
So that the bread absorbs all the butter. Add more butter if needed.
Then start placing them on the plate one by one. And set aside.
This way you can fry the pav in two to three batches.
Now take the bhaji to the serving plate.
Place two to three cubes of butter on top of the bhaji.
You can add more if you like. Place the chopped onion, lemon slices and coriander leaves on one side.
Or sprinkle directly onions, coriander leaves and lemon juice with bhaji.
